Weather Cancellation Policy
Melfort Youth Soccer Association (as an association) does not cancel soccer except:
1. The temperature is -5 Celsius or below (as found on the Weather Network).
2. There is thunder, you must leave the field and go indoors when thunder is heard for 30 minutes from the last one heard.
We expect parents to use their best judgment regarding the safety and comfort of their players and do understand if players do not attend in very cold or inclement weather. Coaches will use their best judgment regarding the length of the session and activities run during the session based on weather conditions.
